Default Snow day

Friday night a cold front came through and left us 1/2 to 1 inch of the white stuff. This only happens to us once every few years, so we made the most of it. Louann had to work Saturday, so she made me get up and take some photos of her with the baby in the snow to document Caitlyn's first snowfall. After Louann left for work, I figured I was already up, might as well accomplish something. So here's a few of my favorite pictures.

Daniel,
Those are some great looking pictures of the Family. It's good to know that you were making the best of it.

TOTATLY AWESUM DANIEL! I love these pictures man. And Caitlyn is so pretty (unlike her ol pop, hehe, kidding pal), she looks like she enjoyed the snow. I know you would think that it would have snowed real good up here, but we only got a little dusting.
But you got truly great pictures man. I am impressed by them. Wall hanging quality there bud!
And i really like the one with Kix, hahahaha. He likes the snow huh?

Man, Kix loved it. When he got done, he'd cleared the snow off of a 10' x 10' space down to the grass.

Ok, the snow fell Friday night. Saturday and Sunday were pretty cold, too, but Monday it was 75 degrees, then Tuesday and Wednesday were kinda chilly again. Makes you wonder how we all don't have the flu...

Man if that is a lot of snow down there I really need to move south. I have snow and the last few years we have had big snow storms and really big ice storms. Big snows aren't uncommon at all but the ice isn't something we will ever get use to. I hate snow and I have ice even worse.

Searching the interent for houses to buy in the south as we speak lol.

Daniel congrats on Caitlyns' first snow.

My wife told me it just isn't meant for me to see the snow. I have missed it everytime since my kids were born. I left Friday morning from Lafayette and flew to Carmen. Boy my arms were tired, click click ting. I was wearing a blanket lined coat on the plane from our weather and had to keep it on in 85 degree weather until the kid with the dog and AR got through searching my bag. I didn't want to make any unnecessary movements.
