Mad!
For Father's Day, my dad wanted to go to the lake. He has been on my boat a couple of times, but this was to be our first fishing trip. The outing had to be moved to Tuesday due to the death of a co worker (RIP John Fry).
We leave the house at 5:30, get to the lake about 6:15. We are fishing my favorite point around 8:00 and I notice another boat coming towards us. He asked if I drive a black Ford. I reply that I do, he then tells me I have a bad fuel leak. We go back to the parking lot to check and sure enough fuel is coming out of my tank at a pretty good rate. We load the boat and come home. After getting a patch kit for the tank, I crawl under there to drain the tank a realize that I did have a leak, but not by accident. Someone had cut my fuel fill hose, when that didn't work because of the one way valve, they punched a hole in my tank. After posting on Facebook, I realized this had happened to at least four other people in three days at the same lake. If I ever find out who it was, I'll be way behind on my reading because I bet they don't let you post from jail! |

That's ridiculous! Spartan kick to the chest into the next century and I bet they'll think twice before deciding to be an A-hole!
I hope you/someone catches the punk(s) doing it....times are tough for some people and if they need fuel bad enough I'm sure if they were to put forth the effort they'd find a legitimate way to get it, to stoop that low is unreal. |
