To make it not hurt as bad follow these steps.....

1. Make a tight fist

2. Hold fist up in the air

3. Bring said fist down fast and hard aiming for your "man" parts

4. Hit "man" parts

After you hit "man" parts you wont worry bout your knee so much!!!!

All kidding aside a knee isnt something to mess with. You need to elevate your knee. STAY OFF of it. I would also switch off hot and cold. Ice and heat pad. Remember to stay off of it. Sucks man i blew my knee out at bout your age. Had it fold back. Believe me knees aint nothing to mess with!!! Take it easy!!!

texasbasser,
Ice it down for twenty minutes then get a heating pad or hot water bottle and apply for several hours.
If you dont have those try some bengay.

thanks guys, my mom finnaly came home and called her friend who is a doctor and she looked at it. Seems I only have a sprained legiment, and icing it on and off for 3 hours helped alot! Cant play on mondays game, but i should be good enough for fishing on sunday
