Navionics Web App
Click and zoom in your favorite lake...for possibly some of the best contour detail offered.

Well John, after spending 3 hrs... what did you gain from it?
I'm also gonna try printing off copies of specific lake structure, to have with me while I'm out there on the lake. Well as soon as the ice-out takes place. -Mark Last edited by woody; 02-03-13 at 04:44 PM. |

I have been using this since last fall. It's really opened my eyes to stuff that I run by all the time while going from one spot to the next and never paid much attention to.

Lowrance used to have free maps downloadable for smaller bodies of water,AT5 I have most of Ohio saved in case anyone needs them.Web site is no longer giving them away.
Ever read the screen on your gps when it starts up says do not use for navigation, all maps taken at summer pool when higher as well,so winter pool deduct the difference from map. Those suggested routes via dotted lines in back channels at winter pool are a no no.5 ft drawdown here. Navionics has an island here on ky lake just north of paris landing only out of place a couple of miles,I run over it all the time 14 ft deep there, still makes me wary a tad,but nothing there to hit and on my map im crossing dry land. |

Great app. I have the navionics chip and use this app to find spots to try.
Here is another map site I have found useful: http://mapserver.mytopo.com/homepage...TOKEN=86108615
