For the Random State Prize, each tournament entrant was assigned a number and that number placed in the approved BassFishin.Com tournament hat. A third-party then selects a number out of the hat, and the Random State Prize winner is selected.

Yeah, prespawn and spawn are starting now. Should be good time for some big Fl hawgs. Of course that means I have to stop working so much and actually fish.

I would go attempt to catch a smallie out of one of the local rivers if the water wasn't the color of a yoohoo drink and it wasn't uhhh freezing outside....(also the key above word is attempt anyway...hehehe....)
