Default A new plastic rigging....At least for me

I paid my monthly dues to the bait monkey on Friday. While I was there, the guy ringing me out noticed the packs of trick worms and asked if I had used the Hedicki Rig (No clue if spelling is even close) which is sometimes called the D!*k rig.

The rig is very easy to tie on and was deadly for me. It is really just a modified wacky rig. Take one of the longer (I was using 6 1/2 ") trickworms put a nailweight in the nose and wacky rig it half way between the nose and hump. It is best done with a circle hook since it is easier to bury back into the bait to be weightless.

I played around with various retrieves and pretty much all of them worked for fish.

I figured I would pass it on.
