But instead of in the Pic having the PVC in the water I drill holes in the side of it and zip tyed it to it so that the water streams through the air.

Just holler if you have any questions.

Christopher

P.S There is a set-up already pre made for coolers but it costs around $50.

If you are talking about what I think you are talking about yes. I am thinking about those walmart deals that have the little red pump with a pipe that is about 12 inches long sticking out the top and that you wire to the battery. They work. There are better systems, but not many for the cooler.

Whose being obtuse?

The only thing about those is they have a slight tendency to heat the water after a few hours cause the pump is submerged, but I really think its an OK deal...extra points because it is so simple.

Someone explains exactly what the product looks like and that it can be had from Wal-Mart, he responds with another store, then someone else mentions that they work, and how they use one, and a reply is made about a different species. Might be me that's obtuse, but I didn't think this question required specific instructions, especially since instructions were posted in another thread, and linked.

Like I said, maybe it's being me, but c'mon man, the answers were given plainly IMO.

I would think you would want one that stays put and runs a aerator bar like the other people are telling you, not one that floats.

I think, not sure, but think that just adding oxygen won't cool the water any, which is a very important part
