Default Batteries?

DOes anyone know if this is a good battery for my boat? Duralast / 12 Volts, 1000 CA Marine Dual Purpose Battery....

Also, any other suggestions for batteries that will not kill my bank account. Well, whats left of it?

Did you not know...a boat is just a hole in the water you keep throwing money into?
Battery choice depends on what you would use the boat for ie: pleasure fishing or tournaments. If you will be fishing tournaments, get the best equipment you can.Fun fishing for a few hours does not put the strain on boats that tournament fishing does.

I'm the second owner of my boat which was previously equipt with Duralast back in '06. So far I've have no complaints to their performance, just keep'm charged up and they'll do just fine.
They may not last as long as some of the higher priced ones, but like they say, you get what you pay for.

All day.
For example, fished from 8am to 5pm using the troller all day with 10 to 15mph winds and there were two of us fishin that day and had plenty of power.
After being out on the boat I always go ahead and charge um up right away.
I also with do a precharge before I take the boat back out.
