Default How do I assemble the tension kit?

I just received the tension kit (tension knob - see part 56A [Parts] )
In what order should I put it together? It came with four pieces.

Jools,

For cryin' out loud, lad, just zoom in on the schematic, match the images to the parts numbers listed on the left, and "voila!", all will be revealed.

Yeah I know how to do that. I should've stated that I couldn't follow the schematics. Last night I realized they didn't send me what I need.
It was too late and I was too tired to edit my post.

Thanks though.

Jools,

Which make and model is it? If I have one handy I can use it as a "model" to at least list the sequence for the ones in the pic.

Rats! I don't have any Q'tum casting reels in the house; Too heavy for my tastes (love their Ti-Mag spin reels, though.)

Here's my guess...the brass piece with the recess and hole in it receives the two shims (one woven, one semi-clear.) OR they fit into the end cap. Then that brass piece fits over the spool shaft, with the FLAT side facing INTO the reel and the shims toward the end cap. Add the end cap. Try that and test it. If there is any problem, reverse the two shims. If that doesn't work reverse the position of that brass piece (but the schematic seems to show it with the recess pointing toward the end cap.) Seems to me the best way to start. Just experiment, using CALM logic and analytical thinking. After all, there are only a few ways it can go together and one is bound to be correct.
It would have helped if you'd lined all parts up in one pic so as to indicate relative diameter.
Let us know if it works.

There's bound to be someone here who DOES have one, though, and maybe he can help.
Failing that, try BassBoatCentral, this link;

and ask for help.
Failing THAT;

Call them and ask for "The Reel Lady". If she can't help you, I dunno.

Remain calm and serene, Grasshopper.
