Yes I hate to see him go but I got welcome in a some new blood to. Josh McDaniels welcome to my Beloved DENVER BRONCOS!!!!!!!!WOOOHOOO and also welcoming in New D cordinator Mike Nolan.

Mike Nolan is a great hire... Probably one of those guys who will always be a great coordinator but may not have the chops to run a team...

The real legacy of Tony Dungyisn't in Indy, it is what he did in Tampa. That organization was a mess when he got there.
