PETA people, and liberals in general...seem to be so proud of themselves for "discovering" and pointing out the inequities in life.

The funny thing is...sane people have known from the dawn of time that LIFE ISN'T FAIR. And it will never be, despite all efforts to the contrary. If you're unlucky to come into this world as a prey animal, you're just screwed. (Don't hate the player, hate the game.)

Sure, I think you should dispatch your quarry quickly and humanely (how you treat animals does say something about you as a person), but that Joaquin Phoenix has nothing better to spend his time worrying about the plight of suffocating fish is truly pathetic.

It is more a closeted attack on normal human behavior, as if he's somehow above it all, and can survive on nothing more than kisses from puppies and bunnies.

He says to try to relate, but I've never had a 3/4oz jig in my mouth or a square bill crankbait. How can I possibly relate? I wonder if he has ever ate a fish sandwich from McDonalds?

I'd like to see a representative from PETA explain how eating meat is a bad thing to a lion, like face-to-face, on the open plains, after the lion hasn't had anything to eat for a few days. If they can convince that lion - I'll go vegetarian 3 days a week...

Apparently,he thinks we pull fish out of the water, set em on the seat beside us and give em boat rides around the lake.
There's nothing worse than an opinionated tool, who really doesn't understand the situation they're ranting against.

When I pull a fish from the water, get it unhooked, possibly photographed and weighed, and back into the water as quickly as possible. Then I watch as they swim away more times than not.
Judging from his mindset, I'm never goin underwater again! I can die!!!!!
