Bacon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Placed an order with a local grocery for a Pork Belly.
Someone's smokin bacon............and it aint in Donald's shed...... Never done it before but I'm thinkin alternate apple and maple bisquettes in the smoker....and baste it with a maple syrup jalapeno glaze  I haven't been this excited since ...well....never.....

It's only 3.5 hours... I'm sure I could get a buddy of mine to make the drive with me for homemade bacon.
It's posts like these that force me to retaliate with pictures of ribeye, even if it doesn't come close to homemade bacon. BB
