Stuff called tamarind! It's a bean looking thing that grows on a huge tree native to SE Asia and Latin America. It's gotta tart flavor and chewy texture.

If can probably find out in the oriental section at your local wallmart, and if not there an Asian food store.

The stuff tastes amazing and is even better with a little sugar sprinkled on top!
