Thanks for the memories

We had to say good bye to our Sam last Wed. 1st Pepper, now Sam within a month. While both were special, Sam really had a hold on Debi's heart. He went to work with her every other day, if she was in a car most likely Sam was with her. He slept... with us every night. Yes he was SPECIAL. We are heart broken.
When we adpoted Sam in 2002, he had cigarette burns all over his body.

It took us a year to get his skin and coat back to normal. He was 13 years old. RIP SAM.

Ron, Debi my heart goes out to you!
In honor of them as well as the both of you, I will lite a couple of candles in the morning.

Prayers and wishes to Debi and you.

I can't help but think that God knew how much Pepper missed Sam and Sam, Pepper.
Still doesn't make it any easier though.

That sort of thing is just about impossible for me to take. Good on yall for giving him a good home. I'm with BB144 on this....if well funded orgs like PETA would focus their efforts on animals that could really benefit from some ethical treatment instead of the foolishness they could make a real difference. We'll be praying for you and Debi

So sorry for the loss of a special friend. Our hearts are so saddened by the passing of our close companions. May you always remember the love Sam held and shared with you.

Sorry Lash, losing a friend like Sam is always painful. Pet, does not come close to describing what true animal lovers feel for their companions.

What a stunningly beautiful and handsome dog, Ron! So sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you and Debi. Thanks for rescuing him and giving him such a great home and great life for the past 10+ years. I hope Pepper and Sam have become great friends with Lucky by now. Give Debi a hug and tell her we're thinking of you guys and praying for you also.

I cannot imagine the heartbreak of losing two such beautiful animals in such a short period of time. Will certainly keep you and Debi in our thoughts and prayers.

That just breaks my heart. Sam was a beautiful dog. I wish I could catch some sorry sob doing something like that to an animal.

ron, i am so very sorry about sam and pepper. it is so hard to lose a loved family member. we have all been there. so oyu know we are with oyu and debi during this time. sending EXTRA prayers buddy.

I'm sorry for your loss Ron. I don't have the words to say to comfort you or Debi right now. I have you both in my prayers. I know from experience how bad it hurts to loose a friend.
