Default Transducer Armor = A+++++

Just wanted to give a little pub to one of the banner ads above. Ive broken 4 (yeah 4) transducers off my trolling motor. I bought JRs transducer armor at http://www.transducerarmor.com and was skeptical. After receiving it, its a quality super nicely built unit. And since installing it, not a problem at all...
Just wanted to let folks know this product is worth the money.
Nice work on the product JR.

Wouldn't that interfere with water flow over the transducer giving false readings or with the signal going out?

it doesnt affect the readings at all. its not actually covering the ducer any.
yeah, anyone with a welder could make one. although ill be honest, the guy does great work. smooth sanded cuts, etc.. its worth that $ to me.

Thanks for the Feedback on our product. We are proud to be a sponsor on bassfishin.com. You should get alot of years out of that guard and alot more years out of your transducer.

no problem.. Always happy to promote a good product. I actually ran my boat aground, well up on rocks yesterday, at about 4mph, and the guard did its job. no dmg to the transducer.
keep up the good work
