Default Hydraulic steering

I have a sea star hydraulic steering system on my boat and was wondering how hard it is to put new fluid in? Any suggestion would be helpful just not have tried to do this before. Thanks for any advice, would love to be able to do it myself.

I put hydraulic on my last boat and putting fluid in was just like filling the power steering on you car. I had a remote fill so it made it real easy. Why do you think its low ? Do you have a leak or something?
