Default Tornado??

Big thunderstorm rolled through this evening. On my way home saw a lot of emergency vehicles in one area. Saw some trees and limbs down and a few uprooted business signs. Power was out but traffic lights were working.
Got home, 2 miles or so, and got word that a tornado may have touched down and collapsed two buildings. Will find out more tomorrow. No damage to my property just a bunch of leaves scattered.

So glad your home were spared any damage. We had the same thing happen here last week from winds like that. The county west of us got hit yesterday with the same thing. It sure makes you thankful if you've been spared. I sure feel badly for those who were not.

Good to know you're fine Smitty! I've been lucky enough to never so much as seen a tornado in my life. Lets hope it stays that way.

There were 16 kids at the gym when it hit. If you look in the picture only one room was left standing......and they were all in that room!!! Some very lucky kids.

One of the instructors moved them into the center room when they heard the winds from the "microburst". Unfortunately a couple people next door were hurt. Don't know how bad.
