Default Dennys 5 Tournament Fish

FIRST ONE ON BUZZBAIT

2ND ONE ON ELEC GRAPE WORM

3RD ON ELEC GRAPE WORM

4TH ON SCUM FROG

5TH ON ELEC. GRAPE.
HOPE THESE COME THROUGH, I HAVE POSTED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY WOULDN'T SHOW, HOPE THEY ARE IN ORDER
the wire tie with black marks is how we did the girth, then used my 25 ft tape to measure the wire tie...its a lot of work lol
bad thing was , those darn fish would flop all over the john boat trying to get a pic of them laying on the golden rule

heres denny and me

denny with wood after 4th lol

I got them right in front of me now, we wrote it all down but its almost impossible to get a bass to lay still with a notepad beside it, a golden rule

a stanley tape, and then taking a pic, even with one of us holding it down, we gave up on the notepad after the first one flipped out....it really spooks the pond fish hearing that i think, so you'll have to trust us, plus you can see the tape in the pics and all the fish were in the 8-9 inch around area, that wire tie with black marks measured the girth, then we compared to the tape
Man I got some sun today and it was cloudy lol

Thanks T.T. ,
I dont expect these fish to hold it.JB and myself live in Ohio.down in the Southern states they have those longer growing periods,so its just a matter of time
before someone brings in some BIG Daddy's. It would be different if I had fake fishtail
extentions, like they have for hair...hehehe. Goodluck to you T.T.

Nope ,

They wouldn't touch the spook at all, they moved to about 5 feet off the bank
Denny had one on the creature bait, the scum frog and several on blue worm.
I had some the were under 14 but none came from the topwater scene,we thought for sure the pattern that had worked all week would work Sunday, topwater all day long.
Its the most typical thing, you prefish a tourney all week and the day that it counts the fish are in a dif mood and location.
This forum tourney will get ya thinking, so don't give up!
Our times of catching fish started at 7 and we got about one fish an hour..it was long day, we worked for them, I probably made over 500 casts easy.
That spook sure looked good tho, the birds swoop over it, Geese come in by it,
part of the fun of being outdoors fishing it noticing all the natures wildlife.

20lbs I might be in trouble.Sounds like you should use a snoopy pole Im just kidding ya. T.T. one thing your gonna notice when you start fishing in the beginning you fish fast cause your all jacked up .you will calm down, but soon as you get one its back to the fast fishing again....crazy isnt' .Jb and myself both noticed our selfs doing it...its normal,we are not.....lol.Again goodluck

If you saw a pic of the pond, you'd know why I said it has the potential to give me 20 lbs. I can sight fish in the middle of the day, then flip the lily pads aroun dthe bank, and then at evening I can throw a Zulu and a spinnerbait around a nice big hump in the middle. I just love the pond. My 2 biggest bass have come from there. An 8 2 and a 7 12. I haven't fished it in a month b/c I went on a fishing trip to Canada with my dad for 2 weeks, then when we started talking about this tourney, I figured the extra rest wouldnt hurt it.......lol.......In all liklihood (sp?) I will only get right close to your weight, but it has the potential to give me 20 lbs if the conditions are perfect......(which of coarse nvr happens when you are trying to fish a tourney....lol)

Good Luck to everybody. I look forward to some good pics of bass and and everybody having a good day on the water.

Catch em up
Brian

Me too. JB and Denny both have come across as straight shooters from the get-go. So has everyone else for that matter.
