Replacing wood floor in 87 Venture Bass boat
I am trying to decide if I want to tackle this project or not. I have some weak wood around the drain area and in front of the console I am trying to determine if the boat will have to be split or if I can do it by just pulling up the wood and replacing it any help or experiences would be great. Thanks.

If you don't mind, the folks here would really need to see pictures of the areas to give you a better idea of what to do. There are some really great boat people here bud.
By the way, we used to live just north of you. Elesanor just east of Robertsdale.

My ole buddy bama is right. If you can take some shots of the bad area or areas I can give ya a much better recommend but as I stated in the other post doing it right the first time is a better option than putting a band-aid on.
