All In Baked Beans ; )-
Think I'm real close on perfecting my baked beans.
Chili was perfected months ago - Original recipe: 3 Cans Pinto Beans (drained) Medium Onion (diced) 3/4 BBQ Sauce 1/2 Cup Apple Juice 1/4 Cup Molasses All In version: 2 cans Pinto Beans (drained) 2 cans Great Northern Beans (drained) 1 Cup Smoked Brisket 1/2 Cup Smoked Bacon 1/2 Cup Smoked Pulled Pork Large Onion (diced) 1 Cup BBQ Sauce 3/4 Cup Apple juice 1/3 Cup Molasses Diced Jalapenos (1/4 Cup sliced...before dicing) If you don't have a smoker, you should be able to come upwith substitutes. For those who have smokers, I packaged all the meats into 1 recipe packets and froze. When I need to whip up some beans, I just thaw one of the packets and voila!!!! Throw all the junk in the pot...pace the floor till it's ready!!!!
