Default Great product and GREAT support

Hi Folks,
I just wanted to let you all know about a really good company and a great product.
About 3 or 4 weeks ago while fishing at Round Valley in New Jersey, my son and I decided to go for some food. I got lazy and did not break down his fly rod. Coming out of the parking lot someone cut in front of me and I hit the breaks and the rod hit the windshield, breaking the top inch or so.
Emailed, Temple Fork Outfitters, to see if they could fix it. I did not have the receipt or the warranty card. Roger sent me an email back, told me to send in the rod with 25 dollars and they would take care of it.
A week later the rod was returned, the whole top section had been replaced. They also sent hats and decals.
Just wanted to let you all know about a company that stands behind it’s product, even when the break was caused by me.
They also have the rod in size that I have been looking for for about a year

Ain't it great to find a company that takes care of their customers?

Stick with them, if they offer that kind of service, then you'll be happy for a long time.

If I fly fished, I would consider buying their product solely on the fact they stand behind their product.I try to let people know as you have done. Thanks, for sharing your experience with us, P N J

public goodwill goes a long way when a customer is treated right by a co.
I know denny and me fished this summer and he accidently stepped on a spinning reel and broke a bearing in the very middle that looked pressed in, called or emailed the co. and they sent him a new one!
Ya can't beat customer satisfaction like that, it will keep him going back and getting more of their gear I would imagine.
