Default titicus friday 8-19-06

we had another tough night on titcus tonight.my friend mike and i went out and fished from 5:30 to 10:00.poor mike got skunked and i only got 2 fish and lost a third.one of the fish was a 4 lb.5 oz. largie that i caught on ronnie's croton craw color 1 oz. jig.the other was caught on a bearpaws 11.5 inch worm on a 1/2 oz.jobee pro hook.it weighed 2 lbs. 8 oz.the one i lost was small and was on a spinnerbait.mike was using 10 and 14 lb. flourocarbon line tonight.i was using 65 lb. sufix braid with berkely cross lock snaps.we were throwing the same lures for most of the night.the braid caught fish and the flouro didn't.i have seen it go either way numerous times.there is no way you can convince me that the line has a damn thing to do with a fish hitting your bait.it's all in the presentation.

here's the big fish of the night.
