It is really coming down here in MD. We are absolutely swamped. I have no idea what the totals are on the ground, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was 35+". We are getting good 35+ mph winds too.

That is just a ridiculously crazy amount of snow. What happens when it gets like that? Does the whole state just shut down?

Well we got another round of rain, sleet and snow heading our way this weekend........................AGAIN! I am starting to wonder if it is EVER gonna END?!?! Seen where the area just south of me, b'ham on to mobile will most likely get around 6" of the nasty white crap. It should go south of me but i am leery.

This is one crazy winter. I'm used to getting hammered with snow, here in Northern Michigan but this is really a tame year for us. We had a ton early on, but I haven't plowed the drive but one time since the new year.
Maybe I'll be fishing year round in a decade or so?

I woke up this morning to full ground coverage and it's supposed to snow all day. Gonna be a mess later!! It is hovering around the freezing mark but will definitely freeze hard tonight. Texans cannot drive on frozen roads!! Hilarity insues!!

Well get ready, we've already gotten 6" and they're calling for 3-4 more before midnite. Most snow we've gotten at one time in over 30 years! It still isn't really sticking to the roads...yet.

And I thought we were going to go a whole week without snow. This is from a local news channel

"There is a possibility of between 1 and 3 inches of snow Sunday night and Monday when the upper level disturbance crosses southern Kentucky and northern Middle Tennessee. Temperatures are expected to fall into the 20s."

This is just getting more and more sad day by day.
