Awesome! Enjoy the new house, it's gonna be the friggin house monkey now LOL(and you thought the bait monkey was bad). Lots of work, but it's yours, so it's a lot easier to swallow. Put your green thumb to work, on the roses, and grass.

ahhh, a house in the sticks, something I hope to get real soon. gotta get a new truck and boat first, they'll make the sticks that much more enjoyable.

Ahh, country properties! Congats man you'll love it! I don't want to high jack your post but I would like to share my property photos of land I own in the Ozarks of Arkansas. I have 200 acres of land with the best fishing and hunting anyone could ask for, but mainly fishing. There are six major rivers within a 30-45 minute drive from my land..Strawberry River(world class and untouched smallmouth fishing), Black River(Bass Heaven), Spring River(trout/smallmouth/everything), Lake Charles(crappie/bass), White River(world class trout fishing) 11 Point River(awesome smallmouth fishing). I have a stream that runs through the middle of my land teaming with excellent smallmouth, warmouth, and bluegill(the big ones) fishing, a 10 acre lake with some huge Largemouth Bass and giant bluegills, miles of trails we cut for our dirt bikes and 4 wheelers, it's my favorite place to be and I'm thinking of moving up there permanently, I have only one problem, not enough jobs! It's so far away from everything I would have to drive from there into Memphis to work everyday(2 and a half hours). But one day when I'm financially stable I'll make the move. Here are some photos...

Sounds like CID is growing !

Man I tell ya, you should be a boater. Pick your own spots, fish as fast or as slow as you wish. Carry as much tackle as you "think" that you may need vs. a co-angler who is restricted to a certain amount.
Last but not least, you can "pigeon hole" or "back seat" your co-angler.
