go to a standard evinrude/johnson repair shop. or a boat dealership that sell evinrude/johnson moters.. they will have the factory power stickers for the hood..a full set may cost $20-$75 -the new style rude hood stickers are huge- but the older ones are smaller and cheaper...

my 71 johnny has the bake-o-light embelm hood tags..i have had to re-manafacture these.

Any sign shop can make you vinyl die cut decals , in any color. If your thinking about making a 15 hp a 9.9 with decals so you can fish a 10hp and under lake , I would advise not , as there is a plate stamped with the horse power on the outboard , I am not sure where , you could ask the DNR guy that busted me , err someone I know for this...

I know the johnnyrudes have the HP rating as a component of the model number. For instance, j15elcdc would be a 15 horse Johnson. That is located on or near the motor bracket on the side. You could always file it down though, that way they will just figure the motor is stolen and not worry about it being overpowered....
