Default Field and stream interview

The may edition for field and stream has a good interview with Doug Hannon. It includes a great fishing quote. 90 percent of fish don't bite 90 percent of the time.

I dont think thats right, you can have several different patterns though out the lake and catch fish that are on that pattern, I would say
fish will bite at certain times of the day, and if you put a lure in front of the fishs face there are going to eat it, and you have reaction and reflex strikes
