Default Need advice on first boat

Hey guys, looking to get into my first bass boat. There is one listed on Craigslist and very near me, 2002 Lowe Stinger w/ 2002 Yamaha 50 HP 2 stroke, $4800. Reading the previous thread with the 2007 Stinger 170 w/ 25 HP selling at $4800, is this '02 price too high? What do you guys think about the quality of Lowe aluminum boats and 2 vs. 4 stroke? And most importantly, if it was your first boat, what would you do?

I like the Lowes, a buddy has one and it is very wide compared to other boats in that range which is really nice. What is the length and max HP for that boat?

Boat length is 16' and it's rated for 50 HP max.
