They just can't leave something alone that works So well, can they ? They should have kept their dick beaters off from it. I hope after they've molested it , it still can function as well as the old Extreme reel does.P N J

JB, I am right there with you. Its a conspiracy against those of us who have to work hard for the money we spend on fishing. They feel we should have paid more taxes or the cost of being able to afford to have the hobby of fishing. They thought they had us by the soaring price of gas, the cost of owning and maintaining a boat, fishing licenses and launch fees, not to mention what we spend on rods & reels and the rest of the tackle we pay sales tax on when buying it , they still want to make us pay more and the only way to do that is to regulate the products we use so they don't last that long.If we buy more, we pay sales tax to the state. No wonder its difficult to find a Daiwa reel in NY state. They are bulletproof, so the state doesn't allow Daiwa to be sold here, you gotta go buy online and bootleg a Daiwa in , I have even went through the trouble of convincing the companies I order from put the Daiwa in a different box when shipping it so it goes through undetected.I think we should pay a little more and get those in charge of taking advantage of us a all-expense paid hunting trip with the Vice President. Don't worry, he has the power to pardon himself from being prosecuted if it ever became public.I am sure the next time we won't hear about anything like that. P N J

dodge guy
BECOME!!!! nope try the word IS... tester what she run ya?? while on the consipacy theory subject. it is my firm belief that the japanese are paying us fat lasy americans back-for hirosimia- by designing bass boats that do NOT fit the average bass fisherman.. look i know i am bigger than "normal" but when a 6'1'' 250 pound guy is complaining about the same excat things about bass boat design. think about it the average boat reguardless of maker model or year. has little to no leg room, ya have to fall down to crawl out from behind the wheel. and fall down to crawl in behind the wheel. how many times have you boaters jumped in behind the wheel and crack your knee on the console?? better yet look at refrigerator. why when some thing is on the bottom self you feel light headed looking for it? because some sawed off midget can't reach the top self.. i say we stand up to this opression and demand every day items built for us taller guys.. in fact next time you get a frigerator place it on top of 4 cinder blocks in the kitchen.-i have works great.. zooker

Zooker, The web said $65.00 rounded off will let you own it. Remember that lube port thing could be deceiving. You do not want to oil the reel in that gear port. A light grease is what you want on the gears, oil will eventually reach the drag washers and you will have a very light or non existant drag system. You heard that from P N J first. P N J
