Exclamation What Dukett's doing after parting e-21!

http://tackletog.com/news/2009/11/27...-fishing-rods/

Came across this article on tackle tog.

I'm curious to see what they're gonna look like and mow much they are! They seem like they're gonna be pretty good rods too!

Bringing back the original design team from Carrot Stix... Should be interesting to see what they look like. I hear someone is coming out with a Limestick but i have no clue who.

I still have my original Carrot Stix from the first batch that came out and still haven't had any problem with it.

Thanks for the link Bbos, this looks exciting. As for appearance I would say indications from his former rods would say they will be a split grip with no fore-grip or a custom designed carbon fiber or aluminum fore-nut. Most likely a t-rig & drop shot friendly hook keeper, and of course micro guides on the casting models. In the price catagory, it is really gunna depend on the blanks, but assuming he is going for a quality product, and assuming a custom split grip and possible a custom fore-nut with micro guides I will be betting no less than 275, probably over 3. If he uses premium cork that will bring it up another 50.

Found this pic of him using it. It's a white rod (), and looks to have cork handles.

btw, look at the guy in the back!

Im sure thats a prototype rod. Prototypes get changes made alot , so who knows for sure what the end product will look like.

Hmm I wonder what Dukett had to say about his buddy's choice of rod? It was probably one of Dukett's older Carrot stix he let him use.
