New Lures, anybody tried them???
I was just looking through the BPS 2006 Anglers catalog and saw the Strike King Double Bladed Buzzbait! Has anybody tried it yet and did you like it? Any new lures that have been successful? Please post!
Ryan

betursweetbass and i both have used double bladed buzzbaits....of course i'm not very good with them yet...but he's caught some nice fish on them .....they are great baits...just don't forget to put a trailer hook on there....for those short strikers...that's what my problem was ....if i had one on there i might could've done alot better....

basstxlady,
heres a tip for ya on that buzzbait, along with trying to bump into objects with the buzzbaits, as you retrieve it give it a few quick pulls, what results is a "shad scattering" noise and pop/splash that is a little dif than the regular gurgle of the blades turning. I do it 2-3 times a retrieve, I think it makes a dif on provoking strikes at times. |
