Ive caught some of my biggest fish on solid black jigs, tubes and worms. Its hard to beat the solid black color when the fish wont hit anything else.

Almost forgot, a sweet beaver. I catch as many on these baits as I do on an LV series.

The 2004 model Whiz Bang lure in psychotropic green craw pattern.I had to up grade the hooks, went with Owner stinger hooks and I used a green pumpkin colored metal blade dip on all of the chrome plated hardware to give it a more natural look of a craw. This is what it yeilded the very first time out. P N J

Here it is fished by someone who borrowed it.She made my fish look like baitfish. So in the hands of a capable fisherman it really works well. P N J

Right now the only thing I got confidence in at all is a 4 inch dropshot Robo worm.

Confidence implies YOU BELIEVE it will work. Everytime I throw a bait in the water I believe it will work, and BELIEVE I can fish it properly to get the fish to bite. So with that said, I have confidence that I will catch fish on all kinds of lures.

The lure I have the most confidence in is an X-rap.
When I get too frustrated I catch a bluegill and hook it through the back with a 3/0 red hook. If there's too much wood cover around where I'm gonna' throw it I put a huge bobber above it. Sometimes it seems like I throw it right into the mouth of a huge bass. It works great where bluegill and sunfish are too numerous and stunted.
