The bait monkey tells me that I should buy a bag of monkey bait. The bait monkey has no allegiances. Just buy more stuff even if the bait resembles his relatives.

Looks like a stick bait version of the Yum Zellamander? Might work, looks like it would create some water movement? But I'll pass on this one.

I ordered a bag, give a try carolina rigging. Maybe those paddle legs will create some movement in the dark merky water at the bottom.

Ha Ha, That was sharealunker number 24 in 2005. She weighed 13.4 lbs, was 27.5" long, 25" girth. She was a hoss. I have a life size fiberglass replica of her on my wall. I released her right where I caught her after the Texas Freshwater Fisheries bread her and released her fry in our local resavoir. Awesome program and maybe I can catch her again this this year.
