So how many people on this site do we have that live in MI? Kinda more specific southeastern MI? Do any of you fish any tournaments, cause I would really like to start fishing local tournaments but don't really know where to start. Thanks.

I know it is a long shot, but I live in northwest Ohio and there is a club that fishes Lake Erie, called Lake Erie Largemouth Club and it we fish just for largemouth on the Lake. Our range goes from Raisin River in Michigan to Sandusky, Ohio. Our club fishes team tournaments and the entry fee is only $40 per boat. We have right around 20 boats in the club, so payouts are pretty good. Website is posted below.

Lots of tournaments around metro Detroit! Check out the NBAA. I'm pretty sure if you look you could find a tournament every day of the week on a different body of water. What city are you in? I know on Kent Lake they have a 100% payback every other Tuesday. Or, go to greatlakesbass.com. They have a bunch of info on there for local tournaments as well.
