Default question about pork fat baits

Do the baits such as net bait paca and V@M that have pork fat or hog lard added to them for scent eventually go stale, and if so will it effect the fish in a negative way and keep them from biting the bait?

Thanks

That sounds like a good question for the manufacturer of those specific baits..

I was looking through my tackle this weekend and I actually pulled out a Peca Craw I bought last spring and it still feels and looks like new.

Buzzking, give V&M a ring ask for Buddy. They are really nice folks down there on the Red River. While your at it, check out their new "Living Image Skirts", They have three colors per skirt tab. That's what Fralick was swimming at the Classic.
