Steak!!
as i am feelin better -i have been VERY sick-i went to my future/former in-laws for dinner and learned how to do steak. imho it was done perfectly-truly impressed- her dad "woodrow" baked the porthouse steaks in an oven bag.. adding taters, onions, butter, lil tomaters -not cherry-, a whole cheyanne pepper and some err SPICE-he is a cajun- the steak was PERFECT! falling apart tender a touch of pink in da middle. it had a touch of bang in it the pepper and spices really came thru..of course the the always present mud bug jambilia was also eatin.. -i am really likin cajun cooking..
to bad my girlfriend can't cook.. never even thought of trying steak in an oven bag..i will have to do it my self now.. zooker
