I use all 6 ft 6 Bionic blade rods, one All star, and one 5ft 6 bionic blade with pistol grip.
10 to 17 lb trilene low vis Have a shimano citica on my worm rod, have 4 dif quantum's on the others bionic blades, each for a specific use, one high speed one for buzz bait or the spook, One that cranks real nice for crank baits, the pistol grip I use a quantum 5:3:1..all the bait caster quantum are the top of the line that they sell, I like them , they are smooth. I also have one shimano spinning and one quantum spinning on bionic blades, 6-6 All are 1995 models, the year we got ripped off and I replace my high priced all star n citica's with the mentioned above..they are all in great shape other than some paint worn off the tops when they slid once in a guys truck |

454SS, You won't be sorry you bought the Tuf-Line XP braid. I have tried every braided line except the Stren super braid, and so far the Tuf-Line is the smoothest line going through the guides. The P-Line spectrex IV seems to be hold the color longest, but it seemed to bind in the spool on hooksets worst than Power pro or Tuf-Line does.Spider wire broke the easiest by far than any other braided line I have used. For rod set ups, I stick with a Castaway Bud Pruitt flipping sticks /Daiwa TD-1 Tournament reels/Tuf-Line XP 30lb test braid for jigs, Quantum Tour Edition HSX54 rods/ Bass pro shop Johnny morris reels/ 15lb P-Line Braid/14lb Sufix seige line for worming/tube/senkos .A Bass pro shop Rick Clunn carolina rig rod/Quantum PT650 reel/17lb Mustad Thor line for spinnerbaits.A Fenwick HMG pistol grip/ Rick Clunn reel / 14 lb Mustad Thor mono for top water.Berkley series one rod/Quantum PT accurast reel/ 20lb Power pro braid for rattle traps. That has what I was using so far this year and everything suited me to a T.P N J
