Well, we went to our home lake & started searching for bait with the H-Bird 798SI( I luv this thing) We find several pods of bait & fish & Cole starts whacking them again on the silver buddy...The wind is howling 20-30 with 40 MPH gusts... but he's happy as a hog in slop esp. when he hooks this:

He tells me oh I feel like I have a log... no wait there is a mouth & a head .. get the net... He ends up with this beuaty 6# 23" bass( citations in VA must EITHER be 8# or 22") If this had been in April she would probably have gone 8...I'm so thrilled for him... it was great to see his face lite up when this pig came to the surface.... he ended up with 10 bass 9 came off the silver buddy & a nice 2lbdr on a jerkbait...
