First off, welcome to the forum. I know about 1/100 of what some of the guys here know. But I do know a little bit about some good lures. first off, If your fishing in murky or muddy water, use something that'll make a lot of noise: a spinnerbait with a large, single colorado clade. I fish in cloudy water, its still blue and whatnot, but only 1'-1.5' of visibility. i use a lot of topwaters like hula popper, jitterbugs, buzzbaits. Also try a Wacky Rigged Senko... But unless your rich, use Tiki Sticks or BPS Stick-O's. (I Prefer the Stick-O's.) anyways weightless and wacky riggged will work good. just throw em near cover or tree an let them sink. be alert for bass grabbin them on the fall.
Welcome again. and hope you learn a lot here like i have. (I'm also 16 and new to bass fishing.) Oh-Yeah, Watch out for crazy people Those crazy people do know a lot though.
