5.8,9.9,4.5,8.8 in the same day!
So where to begin.... My friend txted me a pic of 5 1/2 pound bass. I called him in excitement for him. He says man there is a monster on a bed out here. So I hurry up pack up some gear and drive out there. He was messing with her for about 30 min. I made 2 casts and wham!! I hooked up with her. After an amazing fight I finally pulled her in. She was 9.8lbs and 26 n 1/4 long. I was in shock. So we still fished we caught a few more 1-2lbers. Then I caught a 4.5lber. My friend later pulled back and SNAP! broke his line. Ties on a new hook. Pitched into that same area and bam hooked up with the 8 1/2lber!! It was a great afternoon. He's in the hat I'm without.
