Dream Trip
There you sit in front of the computer…daydreaming. Ah, if you only had the time and money to take that ‘dream trip’ you’ve always thought about. The one you keep saying to yourself, “Before I die I want to do that.”
Where would you go on your ‘dream trip’ of a lifetime? What would you do? It would make a great father’s day gift for someone to give you. |

There is a river on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, the River Hamara, that I fished for just a day aout 5 years ago that I would return to, this time with camping gear and all my fly tackle. I would camp amongst the ruins of the croft houses for around a month in july or august, flyfishing for Atlantic Salmon and Brown Trout.

Amazon Peacocks would be somewhere on my list. The ones in florida dont grow to the size native amazons do. Just not the same... Awesome, but still not that same.
My favorite would have to be flats fishing in the bahamas. TB |

A week on Falcon, Chain of Lakes and one of those isolated bronzeback lakes up in Canada, eh.
Real fantasy? That same week with Roger Waters, Jerry garcia and '80s Stevie Nicks. Just Stevie Nicks would do, though... -Pig |

My dream trip would be to Alaska.
My brother and I side by side, salmon/halibut fishing for a week or two. Watching the Grizzly bears fish within a few hundred yards, the moose coming down for water, and the mosquitoes carrying off small livestock . Staying in a rustic lodge, wishing Dad was still alive to be there with us. Which river? Kenai maybe, but definitely some of the lesser known rivers that produce great fish.

This would be very close to what I would wish for as well! Halibut, Salmon and Cod would be a blast!
I guess a trip to the Amazon would be neat as well. Back home to Texas someday would be right up at the top of my dream list. I enjoyed the G-ville trip too!~
