Transducer question???
I recently bought a used Ranger that came with a really crappy old fishfinder. It has a transducer mounted on the transom. I have a few other finders laying around with better screens. Can I mount another transducer near the old one on the transom or will the 2 clash? I don't want to remove the old one until I am happy with its replacement.

If you intend to run them at the same time, they can definitely interfere with each other depending on the frequency they use. If you are just going to leave it in place and turned off, there shouldn't be any problems.
