I think the reason you are seeing so many James Madison outcomes is simply who he was...a gentleman farmer. That sounds pretty close to "well-intentioned country boy fisherman" to me.
If this were an egalitarian coffee aficionado website like www.starbucksfan.com, maybe we'd all be Alexander Hamilton, or Leon Trotsky, for that matter.
