Default Bass shape part 2 bait fish size

This is a follow up to observations I did on the two lakes I spoke of and the shape of the bass. The short stocky lake had huge threadfin shad in it, most schools you saw were all a good 4,5,6 inches, big for that species. The long lean lake, if you did see a school the size was maybe 2,3 inches, about right for a lake that it is a main food source or a sought after one. Any lake that has a baitfish in it, which is most, and they are larger then normal, odds are its because the bass have ample other easier prey they feed on. Again good to know on a new lake especially if your having a hard time catching a fish to see its shape, but you have seen the baitfish.
