equipment info for novice and growing bass angler

here you can post and find information related to equipment used in the persuit of bass. ie, types of rod and reels for what kind of lures and baits, what kind of lures and bait for what weathr and water conditions, what kind of equipment to use at what degree of expeiricne of angling one holds, etc...

like bass biology and behavior my intentions for this thread was to give the more expierienced bass angler a place to share what he knows about all the equipment out there that there is and how to use it and why to use that way. kepp in mind that this information is geared tward the novice and the growing angler, so relitivly inexpensive and versitile equipment is as important to know about as the better quality and spicific equipment. theres so much product out ther so blow this thread up!

With all due respect, I think that is what this forum is for. There is way too much information on the general topic of bass fishing to fit it all in one thread. The search function will yield loads of information.

Maybe pick one thing you want to discuss and ask a question about it. You will have to be a little more specific and I'm sure you will get plenty of replies.
