I chose to take a weekend off from fishing and to spend some time around home with the wife and get some rest that was badly needed. However, that doesn't mean I wasn't productive!

I've got a really grassy place that I like to fish. I tried the Money Hound out last time I was there and caught several fish on it. I was impressed by how well it worked, held up after a few fish and I had good hook ups with it. It's definitely a bait I will use more often, when the scenario presents itself.

I've never used this bait but I have so much luck with a Spook that I wanted a similar bait to try in weed covered areas where a Spook would hang up. Does the Money Hound stay right side up when your working the bait?

It seemed to. I was using the black bait so it was hard to tell. I didn't have any trouble with the hook getting fouled up and I was fishing some pretty mucky stuff.
