I was reading this story on angler Robby Rose.
Disqualified in a tournament on Ray Hubbard (my home lake) recently.
Its pretty sad and theres alot of angry 2nd placers that were beaten by him in past tournaments....After this,He took down his website....

It seems pretty foolish for a guy to destroy any future he has by doing something that stupid.

Just a couple of points of question here:

1) They actually give a contestant a polygraph if/when he catches a big fish?
2) Okay, he's a cheater in a tournament and gets the boot and banned from any further competitions, but info turned over to law enforcement officials? What would the criminal charge be?

I bet he uses Tungsten next time. All kidding aside he has cheated a lot of family and friends. Sounds like some one will have a lonely holiday season.

Virginia's Game Wardens are Virginia State Police Officers. They can arrest you and charge you with any state violation including Hunting and Fishing laws. I've seen them doing traffic stops outside of Leesylvania State Park where I launch on the Potomac. Maybe Texas is the same.
