craigslist ad

Brand new never used Quantum Shaw Grigsby Signature Series fishing reel and rod. It is a 7' pole, Med/heavy. it retails for $110 new plus tax and im only asking $55. I really don't want this amazing pole to go to waste sitting at my house, it a great pole for anytype of fisher. It has a 11 bearing system, continuous aniti reverse, IM8 graphite rpd, natural cork handle, it is an open reel system, spinning reel, its right handed, handles line weight 10-20lbs, open spinning reel. asking $55, never used

is this a good deal?

Yes it is if it's as advertised. If so I'd jump on it.

Don't forget the shipping. when all is said and done, that combo will probably cost around $70, and you will have no way to take it back if something is wrong with it. Also make sure if there is a warranty, that this guy didn't already register it. Most warranties will not transfer.

Not trying to be a wet blanket here. I buy lots of stuff off of Ebay and Craigslist. Just go into the purchase with your guard up.

i got the combo today. its nice. it's light too which is not what i was expecting.
it's a 7' MH action with what seems to be a fast tip. its my first 1pc only because i have a small chevy cavalier. can't wait to try it out next week. it will be my dedicated drop-shot set-up
