Welcome to the forum. You stated alot of good info. The one that really stands out is the saftey issue. I can tell you how many times I have seen idiots running in water that was to shallow or people running boats that dont even need to own one. I cant judge others but I can get pissed because there are so many people out there that dont respect the saftey of others. Just yesterday I was trying to prefish for a big money tourney coming up next month and here comes this moron in a 20ft ranger and be buzzes me approx 20ft from my starboard side. Now normally I woulda srugged it off as just another moron but I was in a creek channel that was only bout 75ft wide at its widest point. He set down a couple hundred yds up from me. Well to make the story short he got a earful and an invite to step outta his boat and find out why you dont do that.
