My neighbor's got a John Deere. He uses it to cut his grass. It's green, get that one!

I can not tell you which one to get, but based on my experience, here is one to avoid.

Yes, we own that exact model. My daughter and wife felt that it would be better for the environment. Either that or my wife has a better insurance plan for me than I know of and is waiting for my heart attack

What gear ratio does the Toro come in? Left or right handed. Anyways, I vote for that. Abu has always served me well.

Good idea, PaulT, but NoFear has been black-listed in 5 states...he can't come within 300 ft of any livestock.

As far as mowers, I recommend an ExMark zero-turn...I used one for 3 years cutting grass at my church, and it was a thing of beauty.

But for the purposes of this poll, I voted for #5

Nofear , I really dont know your point. I am sure those are push mowers your asking about right ? If not , get a Scag , made in the USA , and just a fantastic piece of machinery.

Nofear First how much are you mowing? Anything under 1/2 acre you can get by with any homeowners model Cubcadet, Toro, Lawnboy Etc. I would stay away from Honda strickly from a service standpoint only a certified Honda Dealer can order parts for one. Such as Filters, Blades and so forth. However if you are mowing over half acre look into you entry model Comercial Zero turns they start in the 2900.00 range and can cut your mowing time in half. Anything over an acre or two nothing less than a Comercial rated mower. The reason being that much mower on a homeowner model will wear it out in less than 3 years but if you go with a Comercial model they will last up to ten years with proper care. I sell Bobcat, Country Clipper and Cub Cadet at my Outdoor Equipment Dealership. www.cubcadet.com Just be careful about buying from Lowes, Home Depot or Tractor Supply. Cubcadet sets there prices so were ever you buy the price is the same, but the big box stores cannot offer you service work or parts.

Your best bet is to go with the one that cuts the grass best with the least amout of effort, and requires the least amount of maintanance.

I'm still using a 15 year old craftman push mower. So I got no clue about the ones you mention.

This is what I use when not giving the grandson a ride. 52" 26HP BAD BOY

I don't recommend you go out and get one though as I have $7200 in this one and cut several acres at a time with it.
Tractor and Supply Co has a home owners version that's better than any sold at Lowe's, Sears or Home depot.

Brother-in-law likes it too.

one thing i will recomend is check the moter reguardless of who makes it or what type go with the koler or cat moter..they are the best hassle free longest lasting moters ,i have ever used.i had a juan deer zero turn the pos briggs moter lasted 3 years- we mow 10 months a year-and then went belly up.
right now i have an bobcat zero turn with a cat moter..the new rider - el cheapo from lowes-has a koler moter on it..

EX-MARK is the best in my opion. Tried each and every brand there is when i worked for the parks dept down south. Grasshopper is 2nd. Gravely 3rd. These are all zero turn mowers.
