My sacrafice was not good enough
I left two cases of O'douls out for the bait monkey to hopefully keep him off my back. This being my first season with the monkey I did not know how hard he can hit. Damage so far includes 2 carrot stix ltx's, Revo STX, Daiwa Fuego, Shimano Curado E, and countless baits....when does this end?

i say let it run its course, by the time they cut off your electric cus you forgot to pay the bill while droolin over those new sticks, its a wake up call that the bait monkey
can lay low for the next few weeks. Besides, spring being so close is making the bait monkey work over time here in the NE Rofl |

let da monkey flow...... nibbled at me today. just got back from wally world....yea, da wife had a leash on me. BUT while she was looking at the open face set ups, i grabed a strike king red eye shad.just one ok? she looked at me in disgust, shook her head and said "let's get outta here before you spend the food money." yanked the leash HARD shock coller went off. everyone in the store was looking at me and wondering WTF?!?! the wives were saying that they needed to know where to get leashes and sollers for THEIR husbands.
meanwhile...the monkey just grins that chit eating grin of his. |

You can tame the Bait Monkey, but he'll never go away. It's just the nature of the beast and of our sport.

The bait monkey likes Scotch, guys. 2 bottles of 12 year old Scotch, left out on your front porch the night before you go to the bait shop. That's the only way to escape unscathed.
